HOW WILL WE CONNECT ONLINE?
In order to engage in online therapy sessions, you will need the following:
Internet-connected computer, tablet, or smartphone
Webcam or built-in camera on the device
A comfortable place where you can talk in private without interruptions
Once your appointment is scheduled, we will send you all the information you need to get set up. It’s easy. There will be some paperwork to fill out online and submit, so we know some basic information about you before we meet.
WHAT ARE THE ONLINE THERAPY OPTIONS?
Some of our clients prefer to meet primarily at our office locations while others prefer to meet exclusively online via secure video chat. Many of our clients prefer to toggle back and forth between the two options.
